Give Me Sympathy
Well I am going to alternate between Give Me Sympathy, Laughter and something else, which when and if I think of it, I will come back and add or change this sentence. If not it stays as is and so be it. Well so be it, it is with a PS. That something else is a way to improve on your life no matter what state it is in now.
Actually I do not want sympathy. It leads to something else though. What is that you may ask? You meaning, if there was anyone reading this blog, that is.
I could call this the Song of the Day and I shall do that. It is a song by Metric and it contains a very good line which is great in and by itself.
Who would you rather be The Beatles or the Rolling Stones?
Of course I cannot answer that but that reminds me I am still pissed about John Lennon having me his untimely death by someone clearly deranged. Such a waste. Yes I know there is supposed to be some meaning in these things but I cannot really find it.
In any event the song has another line I like.
Come on baby play me something,
Like here comes the sun.
This is not the version from the album yet I like this acoustic version.
In my last post in which I made reference to Sean Stevenson and a way to make a shift in your approach to life. As we know if we keep doing the same things over and over again we will get the same things happening over and over again. Repetition can be a good thing and also it can not be a good thing. It just depends on what we are doing and wishing to accomplish.
Sean has an interesting video:
Laughter is the Best Medicine
So I say get up and dance. Make sure no one is watching, then let it rip!
Well hey, I would even go so far as to say, and I will say, it may be fun to do this with someone who is watching and vice-versa! A very good start to the day.
Now on another note and in the same theme of a getting off to a great start to the day, there are some things that you can consider to put you into the mood and the mode you wish to be in. That from the Finer Minds guy Vishen Lakhiani and entitled:
5 Minutes To Awesomefy Your Life (The Power Of Daily Rituals)
He is borrowing heavily from the Silva Method and Laura Silva who has some great mind stuff going on. 5 minutes a day is good, 10 minutes a day is better and 15 minutes a day is best. Ponder that for a few moments. Ok check it out and you will see what is meant by this.
Here is the video mentioned above “5 Minutes…” Hmmmmmmm. This guy makes up words just like I do at times.
Good stuff and a bit of cheese to go with the mind matter crackers.
Last but not least I will leave you with something warm and fuzzy.
Hey Dude look what I found over here!
My you be blessed with having a great day, today and every day. Even warm and fuzzy ones!
Eugene
